Follow these simple tips
1.Soak 2 tbsp of cumin seeds in 1 glass of hot water overnight.In the morning boil this cumin water for 1 min and leave until it warms.Filter this water into a glass and then add 1 tbsp of honey and 2 tbsp of lime juice and drink on an empty stomach.
2.Consume fruits and vegetables that are less in calories such as cabbage, cauliflower, spinach, cucumber, black grapes, papaya, watermelon, orange.
3.Have oats, muesli or a cup of low-fat yogurt topped with fruits for breakfast.
