Indulge guilt-free with this healthy chocolate fudge made from just 7 clean ingredients, no baking, no dairy, and no refined sugar. It’s the perfect rich, satisfying treat that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soft dates (pitted: soak if dry)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (almond or cashew)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp crushed dried rose petals
  • 1–2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds 

Method:

  1. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan on low heat for 2 min until lightly golden. Set aside.
  2. Blend dates in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.
  3. Add cocoa powder, nut butter, coconut oil and salt. Blend until smooth.
  4. Mix in toasted sesame seeds and rose petals in fold gently to distribute.
  5. Press into a small tray or container lined with parchment.
  6. Sprinkle extra rose petals and sesame on top. Press lightly.
  7. Freeze for 30–60 min, then cut into squares.

Storage:

  • Store in the fridge up to 1 week or freezer 1 month.
  • Serve slightly chilled for the best texture.
