Indulge guilt-free with this healthy chocolate fudge made from just 7 clean ingredients, no baking, no dairy, and no refined sugar. It’s the perfect rich, satisfying treat that’s as nourishing as it is delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soft dates (pitted: soak if dry)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup nut butter (almond or cashew)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp crushed dried rose petals
- 1–2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Method:
- Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan on low heat for 2 min until lightly golden. Set aside.
- Blend dates in a food processor until a sticky paste forms.
- Add cocoa powder, nut butter, coconut oil and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Mix in toasted sesame seeds and rose petals in fold gently to distribute.
- Press into a small tray or container lined with parchment.
- Sprinkle extra rose petals and sesame on top. Press lightly.
- Freeze for 30–60 min, then cut into squares.
Storage:
- Store in the fridge up to 1 week or freezer 1 month.
- Serve slightly chilled for the best texture.
