1.Do Kapalbhati Pranayama (Yoga technique) related to breathing process for 10 minutes daily.
2.Do 30 crunches and 20 squats everyday.
3.Drink warm lemon water, with 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of ginger paste.mix well and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
