  5. Slowly add water to the mixture, stirring continuously, until you reach your desired consistency. The amount of water you add will depend on how thick or thin you want your hair spray to be.
  6. Pour the mixture into a clean spray bottle.
  7. Shake the bottle well before use.
  8. To use, spray the mixture onto damp hair before bedtime.
