My cousin is getting married.So i really want to look beautiful, I really have a Bad figure and want to lose weight fast.It okay if i can lose atleast 7 kg.please help me and suggest some exercise and diet that can help to lose weight very fast. :'(

It’s not safe to lose  10 kg in a week, but you can reduce 6 Kg in 2 weeks, but you have to control cravings for sweet and oily food.
1.Everyday do 30 crunches, 20 squats , 20 sit-ups.
2.Do kapalbhati yoga for 300 times in 5 min (1 min 60 times)
3.Before you start your exercise, drink a glass of warm lemon water, 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of ginger paste.
4.Daily have 2 to 3 cups of green tea.
5.Avoid rice and eat 2 roti for lunch and dinner with steamed vegetables.
6.For breakfast have oats or 2 brown bread with low fat butter.
