Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup dried goji berries
Preparation method:
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
- In a mixer grinder blend dates, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and goji berries until the mix is sticky and crumbly.
- Add honey and blend again until smooth and doughy.
- Roll into small balls with your hands.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes until firm.
