Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup dried goji berries

Preparation method:

  1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 minutes. Drain well.
  2. In a mixer grinder blend dates, almonds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and goji berries until the mix is sticky and crumbly.
  3. Add honey and blend again until smooth and doughy.
  4. Roll into small balls with your hands.
