Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1/2 ripe mango (chopped finely or blended)
- 1/2 cup dates (pitted and chopped or soaked if hard)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut powder (or shredded coconut)
- 1/4 cup oats (optional, to bind)
- Pinch of salt
Methods:
- Prepare the mix: In a bowl, mash the banana and mango together. Add the chopped dates and stir until well combined.
