Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Holy Basil(Tulsi) powder
- 1 tablespoon licorice root powder
- 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon oats powder
- 1/4 cup rice water
Directions:
- Place the chopped cucumber in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Pour the cucumber puree into a clean bowl and add the licorice root powder, Holy basil powder, vitamin E oil, yogurt, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the oats and rice water until well combined.
- Add the oats powder to the cucumber mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the cream to a clean, airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- To use, apply a small amount of the cream to the affected areas and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse it off with warm water and pat dry.
