  1. Banana: 1 ripe banana
  2. Curd (Yogurt): 2 tablespoons
  3. Masoor Dal (Red Lentil) Paste: 2 tablespoons
  4. Milk: 1-2 tablespoons
  5. Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)


  1. Mash the ripe banana in a bowl until it forms a smooth paste.
  2. Add curd, masoor dal paste, milk, and turmeric powder (if desired) to the banana paste.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Cleanse your face and pat it dry.
