    • yes it can trigger acidity problems nd other such health problems if taken in large dose.well a small does of amla makes no harm but still if u face any side effect then stop taking it.

    • follow these tips 1.drink warm water whenever you feel thirsty. 2.in the morning drink warm lemon water mixed with honey. 3.In the evening hve a tsp of apple cider vinegar mixed to a glass of warm water.Try these you will definitely lose weight.But make sure that you don’t consume too much of oily or fried foods.
