Morning Routine

  1. Cleansing:
    • Besan (Gram Flour) Cleanser:
      • Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of besan, 1/2 tsp pure organic turmeric powder, and a little milk.
      • Method: Mix well to form a paste. Apply this paste to your face and gently massage in circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water.
    • Benefits: Besan is excellent for cleansing and exfoliating the skin, removing impurities and dead skin cells.Milk lighten pigmentation spot and rejuvenates skin and Turmeric has anti-inflammatory, spot lightening and brightening properties.
  2. Toning:
    • Rose / Cucumber Toner:
      • Ingredients: Pure rose water or cucumber juice
      • Method: Soak a cotton pad in rose water or cucumber juice and gently wipe your face with it. Alternatively, you can use a spray bottle to mist it onto your face.
    • Benefits: both the ingredients help maintain the skin’s pH balance, hydrates, tone and refreshes the skin.
  3. Moisturizing:
    • Aloe Vera and Neem Moisturizer:
      • Ingredients: Fresh aloe vera gel and a few drops of neem oil.
      • Method: Extract fresh aloe vera gel and mix it with a few drops of neem oil. Apply this mixture to your face and gently massage until absorbed.
    • Benefits: Aloe vera hydrates and soothes the skin, while neem oil helps in reducing pigmentation and has antibacterial properties.

Evening Routine

  1. Cleansing:
    • Repeat the Besan, Milk and Turmeric Cleanser from the morning routine.
  2. Exfoliation:
    • Rice Flour Scrub:
      • Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 1 tablespoon of curd (yogurt).
      • Method: Mix rice flour with curd to form a paste. Apply it to your face and gently scrub in circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Use this scrub 2-3 times a week.
    • Benefits: Rice flour is a gentle exfoliant that helps in removing dead skin cells and curd contains lactic acid which brightens the skin.
  3. Toning:
    • Repeat the Rose Water Toner from the morning routine.
  4. Serum:
    • Saffron and Milk Serum:
      • Ingredients: A few strands of saffron, 2 tablespoons of raw milk.
      • Method: Soak saffron strands in raw milk for a few hours. Apply this mixture to your face using a cotton pad or your fingers. Let it stay for 20 minutes and then rinse off.
    • Benefits: Saffron helps in reducing pigmentation and milk contains lactic acid which exfoliates and brightens the skin.
  5. Moisturizing:
    • Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil and Turmeric Night Cream:
      • Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, 1/2 teaspoon vitamin e oil and a pinch of turmeric.
      • Method: Mix all the ingredients well. Apply this mixture to your face before going to bed.
    • Benefits: Coconut oil deeply moisturizes the skin, vitamin e and turmeric helps in reducing pigmentation and inflammation.

Weekly Treatment

  1. Face Pack:
    • Sandalwood, Orange peel powder and Multani Mitti (Fuller’s Earth) Pack:
      • Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder, 1 teaspoon of orange peel powder and 1 tablespoon of multani mitti, rose water or curd.
      • Method: Mix together to form a paste. Apply this pack to your face and leave it on until it dries. Rinse with lukewarm water.
    • Benefits: Sandalwood has skin lightening properties, orange peel powder lighten spots and multani mitti absorbs excess oil and impurities from the skin, leaving it clear and bright.
